Forgot to add engraving to your order? Don’t worry — you can still personalise your piece with our engraving add-on.
Before purchasing, please double-check that your chosen item offers engraving. If engraving is listed on your original item, we can absolutely add it for you here.
How it works:

Rings are carefully hand engraved for a truly personal finish.

Flat items (such as pendants or tags) are engraved using a precision diamond-tipped machine for crisp, lasting detail.

Once you’ve added this to your order, we’ll be in touch to confirm the engraving details and artwork. A small detail — but one that makes your piece even more special.

How it works
1. Place your order online
You can also place your order via the phone Mon-Fri 9.30am - 2.30pm
2. Receive Your Pack
You will automatically be sent an ashes collections pack with everything you need inside once an order is placed
3. Return Your Pack
Return your pack in the pre paid tracked returns envelope included. A ring sizer is always sent if you don’t know.
4. Your Order Is Made
You will be sent an email when we receive your loved ones ashes with your expected completion date.
5. Order Dispatch
All orders are sent back to you tracked signed for delivery as standard. You will receive your tracking number via email on the day of dispatch. You will also receive email and text updates on the day of delivery.
6. Order Complete
