How it works

Place your order, and we take care of the rest. You’ll receive a pre-paid collection pack with everything you need to safely send us your loved one’s ashes, hair, or other inclusions – all included as standard. Once we receive them, we’ll lovingly handcraft your piece and keep you updated throughout. It’s a simple, thoughtful process, designed to make things as easy and comforting as possible.

1. Place Your Order

Via our website. If you prefer to speak to us please feel free to call or whatsapp us.

2. Receive Your Pack

You will automatically be sent a pack once an order is placed, inside which will be everything you need to send your loved ones ashes, hair, fur or jewellery to us.

3. Return Your Pack

Postage is already paid. Just package everything inside the envelope included and take to your local post office.

4. Your Order Is Made

We will let you know when your pack arrives back with us (usually 48 hours after posting - you can also track this too for peace of mind) and what date to expect your order to be sent to you. Usually this is just 2 weeks

5. Order Complete

Once made, your order it is checked again for quality control, given one final polish and carefully packaged into it's box, it's authentication certificate is written and now it's ready to be sent back to you.

6. Order Dispatch

All orders are sent Special Delivery Next Day Delivery Guaranteed By 1pm - oce your order leaves us you won't be waiting long for it at all. We hope you love it and don't forget, we are always here for you. Our service to you doesn't stop once you have your jewellery.
