Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your product is found to be damaged or lost during transit, we offer you the choice of a refund, repair or replacement.
Should this happen, you will need to:
- Notify us via email, call or letter within 7 days.
We may ask you to :
- Send a photograph of the damaged item.
- Return the damaged product to us, in which case will refund the cost of postage.
We will then :
- Repair, replace or issue a full refund within 30 days.
Faulty Goods
If your product is found to be faulty or defective or becomes defective due to manufacturing defects within 12 months of purchase, we offer you the choice of a refund, repair or replacement.
Should your product become faulty, you will need to :
- Notify us via email or letter within 7 days.
We will ask you to :
- Send a photograph of the damaged item.
- Return the damaged product to us.
We will then :
- Repair or replace your item.
If you would like to return your order for any other reason then please contact us and we can discuss each one on an individual basis. Refunds are subject to postage costs incurred by us.
Change Your Mind
If you change your mind about your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can cease the making of your piece. Refunds are calculated based on how far into the making of your jewellery we are and what has been ordered.
