Tracked from your hands to ours for free. Take your pack to your local Post Office where they will scan the barcode and give you your tracking number. They take 48 hours to return to us.
Please allow 6 week for your order to be made. You will be sent an email when we receive your loved ones ashes. This will contain your expected completion date.
All orders are sent back to you tracked signed for delivery as standard. You will receive your tracking number via email on the day of dispatch. You will also receive email and text* updates on the day of delivery.
