1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and supply of goods (“Goods”) through our website, www.forevertogetherjewellery.co.uk (the “Website”).

1.2. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you:

  • Review these Terms in full, especially our Cancellations and Returns Policy (Section 12) and Liability Limitations (Section 16).

  • Print or save a copy for future reference.

  • Review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we use and protect your data.

1.3. We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Website indicates your acceptance of any changes. Please review regularly to stay informed.

This Website is operated by Forever Together Jewellery, a VAT-registered Limited Company in England and Wales.

3. Communications

3.1. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically. This includes contracts, notices, and other information which legally require written communication.

3.2. We will generally contact you via email or provide updates on our Website or official social media platforms.

4. Overseas Orders

4.1. Our Website primarily serves customers in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

4.2. We may, at our discretion, accept international orders. Additional shipping charges will apply, and you’ll have the opportunity to cancel before payment is finalised.

4.3. International customers are responsible for any import duties, local taxes, or compliance with local laws. We are not liable for customs-related delays or charges.

4.4. Cross-border shipments may be inspected by customs. You are responsible for ensuring legal compliance in your delivery country.

5. Account Registration

5.1. When registering, you must choose a secure password and are responsible for all activity under your login.

5.2. By registering, you confirm:

  • Your information is accurate and up to date.

  • You’re over 18, or supervised by a parent/guardian.

  • You’ll keep your login secure and notify us of any breach.

  • You’ll use your account for personal use only.

5.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, or inaccurate information.

6. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order on our Website, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental permission.

  • Be legally capable of entering into a contract.

  • Provide a valid UK or eligible EEA delivery address.

7. Pricing

7.1. All prices listed include VAT unless stated otherwise.

7.2. Delivery costs are included for UK and Ireland (excluding republic of Ireland) and charged extra for all other locations and vary depending on location and shipping method.

7.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time due to external factors. If this impacts your order, you will be notified and can cancel prior to dispatch.

8. Payment

8.1. We accept major debit/credit cards and secure electronic payment services.

8.2. You authorise us to charge your payment method at checkout.

8.3. Payment must clear before your order is processed or shipped.

8.4. For fraud prevention, we may conduct ID verification or authorisation checks via secure third-party providers.

8.5. By placing an order, you confirm:

  • You own or are authorised to use the payment method.

  • Sufficient funds are available.

  • You are purchasing for personal use only.

9. Order Process & Contract Formation

9.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

9.2. Your order is considered an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed once we send a Confirmation Email.

9.3. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order.

9.4. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information when ordering.

10. Delivery

10.1. Orders are delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout.

10.2. While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays can occur and are not grounds for liability unless otherwise agreed.

10.3. Multiple-item orders are always shipped once the final item is ready unless we are asked otherwise. 

10.4. Please inspect items upon receipt and report any issues promptly.

11. Risk & Ownership

11.1. Goods become your responsibility once delivered.

11.2. Ownership transfers only after full payment is received, including delivery charges.

12. Cancellations, Returns & Warranty

12.1. Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order prior to dispatch by emailing hello@forevertogetherjewellery.co.uk with your name, order number, and cancellation request. If we haven't started your order you will receive a full refund.

If you have already sent us your loved ones ashes we will of course send them back to you tracked delivery, we will refund you minus the cost of the postage back to you. We do not charge you for the pack or the initial postage costs incurred for your kit.

If your order has already started to be made we can discuss this on a case by case basis as once your loved ones have been added to the item)s) they cannot be removed.

12.2. Cancelling After Delivery

We cannot accept cancellations of your order after your order has been received. Please see 12.4 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items.

12.3. Reasons we cannot accept Cancellations after order Shipped

  • Your loved ones ashes, hair or fur have already been added to the jewellery.

  • Your order has already been shipped.

  • You have already received your item.

12.4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

12.4.1. If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement.

12.4.2. You must:

  • Return the item in its original packaging.

  • Not misuse the item.

  • Provide proof of damage or defect where applicable.

12.4.3. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you in full including postage.

12.4.4. In the case of replacements, we will match the original product as closely as possible.

12.4.5. To initiate a return, email hello@forevertogetherjewellery.co.uk with your order details and description of the issue.

12.5. Warranty

12.5.1. All Forever Together Jewellery items are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

12.5.2. Chains are covered by a 21-day warranty, due to their delicate nature and regular wear.

12.5.3. The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or misuse.

  • Exposure to chemicals or water.

  • General wear and tear.

  • Lost or stolen items.

12.5.4. To make a warranty claim, email hello@forevertogetherjewellery.co.uk with a description of the issue, order reference, and photographs if applicable.
