Use My Own Gold Ashes Darling Ring

Elegant, delicate, and deeply personal—our 2mm Darling Ring offers a beautiful way to honour your loved one by transforming your own gold into a timeless keepsake. Ashes are gently infused into the molten metal as the ring is hand-forged, creating a piece filled with meaning and memory.

We’ll send you a secure, pre-paid pack to return your gold along with your loved one’s ashes. For this ring, we typically need between 1.5g and 2.5g of gold, depending on the ring size and the carat you provide.

You may send a mix of gold carats if needed; the finished ring will be hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office based on the resulting alloy, and we cover the full cost of hallmarking. Any unused gold or ashes will be respectfully returned with your finished ring.

If there isn’t quite enough gold for your ring, we’re happy to top it up—we’ll provide a quote once we’ve received and assessed your materials.

Sleek and minimal at 2mm wide, the Darling Ring is available in a soft matte, hammered or polished finish. The ashes remain completely hidden within the metal, leaving nothing visible—just a graceful, wearable symbol of everlasting love.

If you don't have any ashes to send and just have a piece of jewellery from your loved one you'd like re-forging, we can of course still do this for you. The order process is exactly the same, just don't send the ashes vial back.
