Once you place your order we will dispatch a your ashes collections kit to you.  Inside of this pack you will find a small 3cm x 1cm plastic vial, filling this just half way will be more than enough for a few pieces of jewellery.  You will find full instructions in the kit plus some paperwork.  Everything is fully labelled with your name and order number. 

We also include a pre paid tracked returns envelope, just take this to your local post office and they will send it back to us tracked, free of charge.  We will let you know as soon as we have received your loved ones ashes back. 

Due to the strict processes we have, only one set of ashes are out at any one time when making the jewellery.  Your loved ones ashes are fully labelled and always kept with your order at all times.  Any ashes we don't use in your jewellery will always be returned to you when your order is shipped.

Included in the cost is your beautiful memorial jewellery plus a logo'd forever Together Box, an authentication certificate, your ashes collection kit, free tracked postage for your delivery plus free postage for your loved ones ashes as well as a free silver polishing cloth.  

For the colour you can choose from any colour listed or click custom colour and tell us what other one(s) you'd like.  This can be done by referencing a piece you have seen online or by sending us a picture via email of your chosen colour or colours.  You can have an array of colours in one piece.  Please see our social media for some examples of custom colour designs. Nothing is too much trouble.

At Forever Together most of our ashes memorial jewellery have the ashes themselves on show however if you prefer the look of them partially or fully hidden we can do this for you.  If you have preference on how you want them to look (such as using very small pieces of ash or disguising the look of them) use the customer comments box to let us know.

We recommend taking off your jewellery to swim, bathe and when using cleaning products.  Please use your free polishing cloths on your jewellery regularly to keep your jewellery looking brand new,  We offer a 12 month guarantee on all items.  In addition to this we also offer a professional cleaning service which includes a specialised clean, polish and polymer re-coat.  This service includes a free returns pack with pre-paid tracked returns envelope back to us, the clean, a new polishing cloth and tracked postage back to you.

Usual processing times for this item is 2 weeks.

The processing time is from the date we get your loved ones ashes into the office not from your order date.

If you have multiple items in your order, all with different processing times, your order will be sent once the final item is ready. 

However if you require part of your order beforehand please let us know at order stage.
