Returns & Refunds

Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your product is found to be damaged or lost during transit, we offer you the choice of a refund, repair or replacement.

Should this happen, you will need to :

  • Notify us via email, call or letter within 7 days.

We may ask you to :

  • Send a photograph of the damaged item.
  • Return the damaged product to us, in which case will refund the cost of postage.

We will then :

  • Repair, replace or issue a full refund within 30 days.

Faulty Goods

If your product is found to be faulty or defective or becomes defective due to manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase, we offer you the choice of a refund, repair or replacement.

Should your product become faulty, you will need to :

  • Notify us via email or letter within 7 days.

We may ask you to :

  • Send a photograph of the damaged item.
  • Return the damaged product to us, in which case will refund the cost of postage.

We will then :

  • Repair, replace or issue a full refund within 30 days.

Unwanted Items If you change your mind for any reason, we offer a 7 days grace period after placing your order to for you to cancel.

You will need to :

  • Notify us via email or letter within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
  • Return the goods to us at your own cost, in the original packaging within 21 days.

We will then :

  • Issue a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

If you would like to return your order for any other reason then please contact us and we can discuss each one on an individual basis.  If agreed, orders that have no manufacturing error will need to be sent back to us so we may remove your loved ones ashes.  We need all orders sending back to us before we can refund anything.  Refunds will be then be subject to postage costs incurred by us.
