NEW – Infused Ashes Necklace
We are honoured to now offer you the option of transforming your existing necklace into a precious keepsake, infused with the ashes of your loved one.
Simply send us your necklace, and our skilled craftsmen will carefully and respectfully set the ashes within it, creating a beautiful tribute you can wear close to your heart.
Whether your necklace is made from sterling silver or gold (any carat), we will treat it with the utmost care, returning it to you in pristine condition. Each piece will be thoroughly cleaned, polished.
We provide everything you need to safely send your necklace to us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If your necklace is plated, we will need to re-plate it after the ashes have been infused, which is why a small additional charge applies.
If you're unsure about any details, don't worry — we will check everything when it arrives and guide you through the next steps.
Occasionally we cannot infuse into certain chains and pendants, we do have many work arounds however and we will always contact you to offer options. There is not much we can't do.

How it works
1. Place your order online
You can also place your order via the phone Mon-Fri 9.30am - 2.30pm
2. Receive Your Pack
You will automatically be sent an ashes collections pack with everything you need inside once an order is placed
3. Return Your Pack
Return your pack in the pre paid tracked returns envelope included. A ring sizer is always sent if you don’t know.
4. Your Order Is Made
You will be sent an email when we receive your loved ones ashes with your expected completion date.
5. Order Dispatch
All orders are sent back to you tracked signed for delivery as standard. You will receive your tracking number via email on the day of dispatch. You will also receive email and text updates on the day of delivery.
6. Order Complete
