Personalised Tatty Ted Keepsake
Create a truly special keepsake by personalising your Tatty Ted with a name (up to 15 characters) and a heartfelt message across two lines (up to 20 characters per line).
Tatty Ted measures approximately 19cm high, 15cm wide, and 15cm deep — the perfect size for a comforting, meaningful companion.
If you wish, we can carefully and securely hand-sew a small inclusion of ashes or hair inside your Ted, offering a discreet and lasting tribute. (Inclusions are entirely optional.)
For an extra special touch, you can choose to have your Tatty Ted wrapped in tissue paper and presented in a luxury, hard-sided magnetic gift box (measuring 200mm x 160mm x 80mm) for an additional £15.
If you choose to not box your Tatty Ted it will be sent in a large 200mm x 180mm organza bag - wrapped in tissue paper.
If you choose to add inclusions (hair/ashes/fur) we will always make you an authentication certificate with your loved ones name on.

How it works
1. Place your order online
You can also place your order via the phone Mon-Fri 9.30am - 2.30pm
2. Receive Your Pack
You will automatically be sent an ashes collections pack with everything you need inside once an order is placed
3. Return Your Pack
Return your pack in the pre paid tracked returns envelope included. A ring sizer is always sent if you don’t know.
4. Your Order Is Made
You will be sent an email when we receive your loved ones ashes with your expected completion date.
5. Order Dispatch
All orders are sent back to you tracked signed for delivery as standard. You will receive your tracking number via email on the day of dispatch. You will also receive email and text updates on the day of delivery.
6. Order Complete
