Measuring approximately 18mm x 20mm (setting size), your pendant comes with an 18-inch chain as standard, matched to the metal of your chosen piece. If you would prefer a different length between 16 and 22 inches, simply let us know — or use our ‘quote me’ form if you’d like an even longer or thicker chain, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.

How it works
1. Place your order online
You can also place your order via the phone Mon-Fri 9.30am - 2.30pm
2. Receive Your Pack
You will automatically be sent an ashes collections pack with everything you need inside once an order is placed
3. Return Your Pack
Return your pack in the pre paid tracked returns envelope included. A ring sizer is always sent if you don’t know.
4. Your Order Is Made
You will be sent an email when we receive your loved ones ashes with your expected completion date.
5. Order Dispatch
All orders are sent back to you tracked signed for delivery as standard. You will receive your tracking number via email on the day of dispatch. You will also receive email and text updates on the day of delivery.
6. Order Complete
