Make A Payment
If you have signed up to the Forever Together payment scheme then you can make payments whenever you need to, however you need to.
Use this method for paying for your balance. We have tried to do as many denominations as possible, you can add multiple items to your basket and you can also request a custom amount.
Please include your order number if you can and/or your name.
Check out via any of our payment methods (card, paypal or klarna) and we will attach payment to your order.

How it works
1. Place your order online
You can also place your order via the phone Mon-Fri 9.30am - 2.30pm
2. Receive Your Pack
You will automatically be sent an ashes collections pack with everything you need inside once an order is placed
3. Return Your Pack
Return your pack in the pre paid tracked returns envelope included. A ring sizer is always sent if you don’t know.
4. Your Order Is Made
You will be sent an email when we receive your loved ones ashes with your expected completion date.
5. Order Dispatch
All orders are sent back to you tracked signed for delivery as standard. You will receive your tracking number via email on the day of dispatch. You will also receive email and text updates on the day of delivery.
6. Order Complete
