Cleaning, Re-Coating and Re-Buffing service.
Every piece of Forever Together Jewellery has a 12 month guarantee. If you’d like your jewellery cleaned, polished or re-buffed during this time please get in touch.
The specialist materials we use need to be cleaned a specific way to avoid ruining the look of the setting.
We recommend cleaning your jewellery regularly with the polishing cloths provided and making sure you are adhering to the care instructions. This includes removing your jewellery to bathe, swim and when using cleaning products as this can damage your jewellery over time.
A 12 month guarantee is included with your jewellery so if you'd like this service within this time, this is entirely free. Please contact us to book this in.
If you have had your jewellery over 12 months and would still like your jewellery professionally cleaned by us, please use this service.
Our cleaning service includes a pre paid returns pack, cleaning and re-polishing of the metal, buff and re-coat for the setting (if applicable) and special delivery back to you.
Just pop your jewellery inside the pre-paid returns envelope and take it to the post office. They will then send this back to us tracked free of charge.

How it works
1. Place your order online
You can also place your order via the phone Mon-Fri 9.30am - 2.30pm
2. Receive Your Pack
You will automatically be sent an ashes collections pack with everything you need inside once an order is placed
3. Return Your Pack
Return your pack in the pre paid tracked returns envelope included. A ring sizer is always sent if you don’t know.
4. Your Order Is Made
You will be sent an email when we receive your loved ones ashes with your expected completion date.
5. Order Dispatch
All orders are sent back to you tracked signed for delivery as standard. You will receive your tracking number via email on the day of dispatch. You will also receive email and text updates on the day of delivery.
6. Order Complete
