Broken or damaged chain? We're here to help restore your precious jewellery — even if it wasn’t originally purchased from us.
Our expert jewellers offer a professional chain repair service, carefully restoring your necklace, bracelet, or anklet to its original beauty. Whether it’s a snapped chain, a broken clasp, or weakened links, we’ll handle your piece with the skill and care it deserves.
We work with most precious metals, including sterling silver, gold (any carat), and platinum. If you’re unsure whether your chain can be repaired, just get in touch — we’re always happy to offer advice.
Once you place your order, we’ll send you a pre-paid returns envelope. Every repaired piece is also carefully cleaned and polished before being returned to you, ready to wear once more.
Please note: Some fine or delicate chains may need additional reinforcement or replacement parts, depending on the damage. If any extra work is needed, we’ll discuss your options with you before proceeding.

How it works
1. Place your order online
You can also place your order via the phone Mon-Fri 9.30am - 2.30pm
2. Receive Your Pack
You will automatically be sent an ashes collections pack with everything you need inside once an order is placed
3. Return Your Pack
Return your pack in the pre paid tracked returns envelope included. A ring sizer is always sent if you don’t know.
4. Your Order Is Made
You will be sent an email when we receive your loved ones ashes with your expected completion date.
5. Order Dispatch
All orders are sent back to you tracked signed for delivery as standard. You will receive your tracking number via email on the day of dispatch. You will also receive email and text updates on the day of delivery.
6. Order Complete
