Usual processing times for this item are 2 weeks for silver and 3-4 weeks for gold.
The processing time is from the date we get your loved ones ashes into the office not from your order date.
If you have multiple items in your order, all with different processing times, your order will be sent once the final item is ready.
However if you require part of your order beforehand please let us know at order stage.
If you need a printing kit you can request one from the options on this item. This will then be sent with your kit. Full instructions are included and it is really easy to take your loved ones prints. You can then whatsapp us or email us a picture of the paper and we will do the rest. Don't worry about smudges - we can clean them up in editing.
