The processing time is from the date we get your loved ones ashes into the office not from your order date.
If you have multiple items in your order, all with different processing times, your order will be sent once the final item is ready. However if you require part of your order beforehand please let us know at order stage.

Inside of this pack you will find a small 3cm x 1cm plastic vial, filling this with a few strands will be more than enough for a few pieces of jewellery.
