Every piece of Forever Together Jewellery has a 12 month guarantee. If you’d like your jewellery cleaned, polished or re-buffed during this time please get in touch.
The specialist materials we use need to be cleaned a specific way to avoid ruining the look of the setting.
We recommend cleaning your jewellery regularly with the polishing cloths provided and making sure you are adhering to the care instructions. This includes removing your jewellery to bathe, swim and when using cleaning products as this can damage your jewellery over time.
If you have had your jewellery over 12 months and would still like your jewellery professionally cleaned by us, please use this service.
Our cleaning service includes a pre paid returns pack, cleaning and re-polishing of the metal, buff and re-coat for the setting and a gold or silver polishing cloth.
Just pop your jewellery inside the pre-paid returns envelope and take it to the post office. They will then send this back to us tracked free of charge.
Once ready, your jewellery will be sent back to you tracked and signed for postage.
