Can my Ashes be sent via Royal Mail and how?
All packs come with a pre-paid tracked returns envelope. Just take this to the post office once you have added your loved ones ashes and they will send it back to us free of charge. You will receive a tracking number from them. The law changed in January 2017 to allow ashes to be sent through the post. When we send out your order pack we will enclose a Royal Mail Post scheme document as proof of this. It is rare these days the Post Offices will refuse to send ashes but we provide it just in case.
How will my order be sent and what is the wait?
Your pack is sent 2nd class from our office Mon-Fri. Packs usually take 2-5 days to arrive to you.
Ashes come back to us tracked 48 hour tracked and signed delivery.
Orders are shipped to you tracked and signed for 48 hour delivery or next day special delivery - depending on which service you pick.
If you pick 'named day delivery' we will call you when your order is ready and arrange a specific day you are in to sign for your parcel. It will arrive that day before 4pm on a special delivery next day service.
We cannot take any responsibility on postal delays as once it leaves us we have no control over how long it takes to reach you. We offer a tracked service with email and text updates from the Royal Mail so we can see where your order is at any time before it reaches you. We dispatch our orders 5 days a week, mon-fri. On dispatch of every order we will send you a dispatched e-mail with your tracking number so you can log in at anytime to check the status of your order.
