There are many discrepancies between ring sizes, many Euro, UK and US sizes vary depending on which company you are dealing with.
We have given a full table below detailing the sizes and their conversions however if you have any doubt about what ring size you are
we would strongly suggest adding a ring sizer to your order.
Our rings cannot be re-sized once made due to the high heat involved so please make sure you know your correct size before telling us.

What happens once I have placed my order?
Once you have chosen your remembrance piece from our Forever range we will send you out a special collections kit which you then return to us. Full instructions are provided with the kit. We need only half a vial of ashes (or one full vial if you have ordered more than one item). Orders take 6 weeks from the date we receive your kit back.
Why are you so cheap compared to other companies, are you a genuine company?
We have put this at the top as we get this question a lot. When we started Forever Together we both had lost people close to us and wanted some jewellery with their ashes inside. We couldn't believe the prices so decided to make our own after having years of experience in the jewellery industry. The rest as you say, is history. The plan from the beginning was to keep prices as low as we can without compromising on quality - and we will continue to do so. We are a VAT registered business, registered with Companies House England so you can be rest assured you are dealing with a reputable trustworthy company. You are more than welcome to come and see us in our office just outside of Wigan, Lancashire (booking an appointment is easy, just send us an email, call us or facebook message us and we can book you in) or you are welcome to call us to ask any questions you have. We are also stocked in many funeral homes across the UK (please see our Stockists page on our website for locations). We understand how daunting it is trusting someone to make something so special and we are humbled you trust us every day to do this for you.
What is your full order process?
1. You place your order on the website or over the phone (phone lines are open 9.30-2.30 Mon-Fri)
2. A collections kit is sent to you (kits are received approximately 2-3 days after your order is placed) inside the kit is a small vial which you can fill half way (one full vial can do 20+ pieces of jewellery so please don't worry there won't be enough) along with some FAQ's and information. Once you have filled the vial you send this back to us inside the addressed envelope. Please send this back recorded or special delivery to ensure the safety of your loved ones ashes in the post.
3. Once we receive your loved ones ashes back we send you an email informing you your order is now processing (processing time is up to 6 weeks from the date we receive your loved ones ashes back)
4. Once your order is ready we send you details on how to track this from our office to you.
5. Emails updating you about your order are sent at the following stages; Order Received - Pack Dispatched - Ashes Back With Us - Order Ready (with tracking details)
Why don't you send a collections kit before my order is placed?
Here at Forever Together Jewellery we have a very strict process in place which is paramount when dealing with people's remains. We have a zero cross contamination policy. When you place your order a unique order number is generated against your name, this is transferred to the pack, authorisation form and file. This number with your name is on every piece of paperwork and jewellery we have for you. When we receive a persons ashes back we know exactly who they belongs to and where it needs to be filed. Our system enables us to complete your orders in just 6 weeks to the highest of standards.
How do you keep me updated about my order?
We send you an e-mail out once you have placed your order, this will have your order details and number on. We then send you another e-mail once your kit has been dispatched and then another when we receive your loved ones ashes back. Occasionally our e-mails like to hide in people's junk folders so always check in there for our e-mails. When you order you create an account and can use those details to check the status of your order at any time should you not receive our e-mails or you can contact us via phone on 01942 417 315.
What are the Ashes set into?
Your ashes are set into a revolutionary Polymer mix. It is UV stabilised. Unlike glass it will not smash or crack and will keep your ashes permanently inside for you to treasure Forever. We only use the very best materials and techniques available.
How is my order made?
Your order is hand made by us using the above techniques. You can have your ashes made with just ashes or we can combine them with specialist colours or glitter. This is completely optional and will not change the composition of your order. We layer the polymer along with your ashes, waiting between 24-48 hours between layers to ensure full cure and set.
Where are my ashes stored?
Here at Forever together we understand that this is a daunting time for anyone and that you trust us to look after your loved ones ashes with the utmost care and respect. This we will do. From the day we receive your loved ones ashes they are Kept in their clear sealed bag and clearly labelled with the order number and the customers name and return address along with your order and returned tick sheet.
The ashes are kept in our locked office at all times and never leave the building until they are being returned to the customer. When we create your piece they are made separately, with new tools away from any other order and are made by Jenna or Kelly only.
If you have chosen for us to keep you ashes on site then we will do so for a further 12 months. Your ashes are kept in a container, clearly labelled and locked away where only Jenna and Kelly can access. After the 12 month period has passed, we will contact you and arrange for the return of your loved ones ashes if you so wish.
What if I want to order again in the future?
You can always order more items from us, When you place your order with us you will receive a form advising us whether you would like the ashes kept on file for 12 months or returned to you with your first order.
Can my Ashes be sent via Royal Mail and how?
From the 30th January 2017. Ashes are no longer a forbidden item to send via Royal Mail as long as they don’t exceed 50 grams. When we send out your order pack we will enclose a Royal Mail Post scheme document, we recommend that you take this to the post office with you in case they query what it is you are sending. We also advise that you send your pack to us Signed for so that you can track where your package is until it reaches us.
Once your Ashes have been set into your chosen Jewellery they Cannot be removed, they are permanently set inside the polymer.
How long will my order take?
Once you have returned your Ashes kit to us your order will be started. Your order will then take 6 weeks to make. Once your order is complete we will also send you a shipped e-mail with your tracking number.
What is your Jewellery made of?
Our pendants, earrings, rings and Cuff links are made from 925 Sterling Silver.
The Lockets are made out of hypoallergenic 316l surgical grade stainless steel and glass. The Lockets are plated (for the Gold and Rose Gold in pure 18 carat). The plated method used is called ION plating. This is the same plating used in designer watch making ensuring a piece of jewellery that will stand the test of time. They will not rust or tarnish.
Chains are made from 304 Stainless steel or 925 sterling silver. Please see each item descriptions for more information.
Our Sterling silver chains are made by the very talented manufacturer who specialise in the highest quality Sterling Silver. Each item is then plated in Rhodium for Shine and Strength. 100% Nickel and Lead free. More information will be detailed below on caring for your Sterling Silver Jewellery.
Can a meeting be arranged before an order is placed?
If you would like to meet us before we process your order, this is absolutely fine. We have the facility to arrange for you to come into the office.
How big are the Lockets and other available items?
All sizes are listed on each individual item, however please find some of our sizes Below.
The large Locket measures 30mm in diameter
The Medium Locket measures 25mm in diameter
The Mini Locket measures 20mm in diameter
All our Lockets are now screw closure. Screw anti-clockwise to open and clockwise to close.
Orders placed prior to October 2018 will have the magnetic closure lockets which open at the side like a pocket watch.
Your chosen pendant will vary in size, please check the item description on the website when ordering for this information.
The earrings come in sizes 4mm, 6mm and 8mm.
How do I take care of my Jewellery?
We recommend taking your Jewellery off to shower, bathe or swim. The best way to take care of your Jewellery is to keep out of contact with water.
All Sterling Silver will tarnish over time, this is called oxidation. There are lots of products on the market that help keep your Sterling silver Jewellery looking shiny and new. Many things can cause tarnishing but the main culprits are perfume, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine, acidic skin and even Salty air. The amount of tarnishing (oxidation) that occurs is dependant on skin and care habits of the wearer. Tarnishing is therefor not a manufacturing fault.
How long will my order take?
6 Weeks from the date we receive your loved ones ashes back.
How will my order be sent and what is the wait?
Upon receipt of your order (Mon-Fri) we will send you out your Ashes pack 1st class with a return addressed envelope provided.
Once your order is complete, we will package it together and send that day.
If you have selected the Free standard delivery option, we will send your order 1st class Signed for and you will receive your order within 1-2 days.
If you have chosen the Next day delivery option, the same process applies but we will send your completed order guaranteed next day Delivery.
We dispatch our orders 5 days a week, mon-fri.
International delivery times depend depend on which country you are ordering from. If you need your order by a particular date please inform us BEFORE you order so we can accommodate your request.
On dispatch of every order we will send you a dispatched e-mail with your tracking number so you can log in at anytime to check the status of your order.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free for all orders within the UK. We send out our Ashes pack 1st class and all our completed orders are sent 1st class signed for unless otherwise stated.
If you want your completed item sending Special Delivery this will be £7.20
We also offer a Saturday guaranteed service at a cost of £13.00
We ship worldwide, the cost will differ depending where you are ordering to, this will be calculated at the delivery stage upon completing your order.
Can I drop off/collect my Ashes in person
Here at Forever Together we have a reception area that you can hand deliver your pack. You can either leave them with reception stating who you are leaving them for OR you can ask them to contact us upon your arrival and one of us will come and meet you. We are usually in the office 9.30am-2.30pm Mon-Fri. If you would like to see us please call us on 01942 417 315 to check we are in before making the journey.
We can also arrange for you completed order to be collected instead of posted. Please contact us prior to ordering to arrange.
From January 2017 sending ashes through the Royal Mail is no longer prohibited.
We recommend sending your ashes back to us recorded or special delivery so you can track the parcel to us.
All your completed orders are sent to you via recorded signed for post - tracked from our door to yours.
Once you have placed your order we send your collections kit out to you. This should get to you within 3 days.
Once we receive your ashes back your order will be started, each order takes 6 weeks to complete.
We send you an e-mail letting you know when your kit has been sent, when your ashes have arrived back to us and again when your order is ready to be sent.
We always include the tracking number in our final e-mail so you may track this parcel until it reaches you.
