Any gold we don't use will always be returned to you. If you'd like further personalisation or have any additional requests please don't hesitate to ask us.
Usual processing times for this item 4-6 weeks for gold.
The processing time is from the date we get your loved ones ashes into the office not from your order date.
If you have multiple items in your order, all with different processing times, your order will be sent once the final item is ready.
However if you require part of your order beforehand please let us know at order stage.

Approximate weight of 9 carat gold needed for the Darling Ring : 3g
Approximate weight of 9 carat gold needed for the Hero Ring : 5g
If you have a different carat of gold or a mixture of carats we can melt them all together for you. Once the finished piece is sent to the Birmingham Assay Office to Hallmark, they will test the carat of the metal and apply the correct carat Hallmark.
A pre-paid tracked returns pack is always sent to you once an order is placed.
