Just place your order and we do the rest.
Once you place your order we will dispatch a your ashes collections kit to you.
Inside of this pack you will find a small 3cm x 1cm plastic vial, filling this just half way will be more than enough for a few pieces of jewellery. You will find full instructions in the kit plus some paperwork. Everything is fully labelled with your name and order number.
Just take your pre-paid tracked returns envelope to your local post office and they will send it back to us tracked, free of charge. We will let you know as soon as we have received your loved ones ashes back.
Due to the strict processes we have, only one set of ashes are out at any one time when making the jewellery. Your loved ones ashes are fully labelled and always kept with your order at all times. Any ashes we don't use in your jewellery will always be returned to you when your order is shipped.
Usual processing times for this item is 3-4 weeks.
The processing time is from the date we get your loved ones ashes into the office not from your order date.
If you have multiple items in your order, all with different processing times, your order will be sent once the final item is ready.
However if you require part of your order beforehand please let us know at order stage.
