Once you place your order we will dispatch a your ashes collections kit to you.  Inside of this pack you will find a small 3cm x 1cm plastic vial, filling this just half way will be more than enough for a few pieces of jewellery.  You will find full instructions in the kit plus some paperwork.  Everything is fully labelled with your name and order number. 

We also include a pre paid tracked returns envelope, just take this to your local post office and they will send it back to us tracked, free of charge.  We will let you know as soon as we have received your loved ones ashes back. 

Due to the strict processes we have, only one set of ashes are out at any one time when making the jewellery.  Your loved ones ashes are fully labelled and always kept with your order at all times.  Any ashes we don't use in your jewellery will always be returned to you when your order is shipped.

It is very hard to show you what your finished piece will look like - this is because everyone's ashes are different.  We can however make your jewellery to your requirements, if you have them.

Such as partially hiding the ashes if you don't want them on show.  This can be done using very fine pieces of ash or using a translucent layer of polymer (instead of clear) in the final layer. 

You can add sparkle into any piece of jewellery.  This is free and  is a very fine iridescent powder.  It is very subtle and hard to photograph.  If you scroll below this description you will see a video showing you how our sparkle looks compared to one with no sparkle.

If you like the look of a particular piece of jewellery and would like to to match as best we can please let us know.  It all depends on the colour of your loved ones ashes but we will always do our best to recreate a particular look if that is what you'd like.

For the colour you can choose from any colour listed or click none of the above and tell us what other one(s) you'd like.  This can be done by referencing a piece you have seen online or by sending us a picture via email of your chosen colour or colours.  You can have an array of colours in one piece.  Please see our social media for some examples of custom colour designs. Nothing is too much trouble.

Usual processing times for this item are 2 weeks for silver and 4-6 weeks for gold.

The processing time is from the date we get your loved ones ashes into the office not from your order date.

If you have multiple items in your order, all with different processing times, your order will be sent once the final item is ready.

However if you require part of your order beforehand please let us know at order stage.

We recommend taking off your jewellery to swim, bathe and when using cleaning products.  Please use your free polishing cloths on your jewellery regularly to keep your jewellery looking brand new,  We offer a 12 month guarantee on all items.  In addition to this we also offer a professional cleaning service which includes a specialised clean, polish and polymer re-coat.  This service includes a free returns pack with pre-paid tracked returns envelope back to us, the clean, a new polishing cloth and tracked postage back to you.
